TANZANIA AND ISRAEL TO STRENGTHEN COOPERATION IN AGRICULTURE AND HEALTH SECTORS The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has stated that Israel has been an important partner across various sectors, including agriculture, health, defense, and security, contributing to the strengthening of longstanding bilateral relations between the two countries. The Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Hon. Mahmoud Thabit Kombo (MP), made these remarks at the Ministry’s sub-office in Dar es Salaam while receiving copies of the credentials of the Ambassador-Designate of Israel to Tanzania, Hon. Gideon Behar, resident in Nairobi, Kenya. Minister Kombo congratulated Ambassador Behar on his appointment and assured him of the Government’s full cooperation throughout his tenure. He also commended Israel’s MASHAV program for providing practical agricultural training to Tanzanian youth on farms in Israel. He further proposed that Israeli experts visit Tanzania to offer direct training in local agricultural institutions, including the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). He noted that Israel has also been a key partner in strengthening healthcare services, particularly through pediatric cardiac surgery camps, under which more than 2,440 patients—including 45 children with heart conditions—have received life-saving operations through this cooperation. Amb. Behar reaffirmed Israel’s readiness to continue strengthening and expanding cooperation with Tanzania across various fields, including economic and diplomatic relations, for the mutual benefit of both nations. He also emphasized the importance of enhancing collaboration in science and technology to develop skilled professionals who will contribute to the advancement of both countries.

In the occupied West Bank, Israeli settler violence is surging again as the Iran war takes much of the world's focus. After one attack, Israeli soldiers who echo settler ideology assaulted a CNN photojournalist and detained the rest of the CNN team. Jeremy Diamond reports.

US policymakers should have read this book and listened to its authors. Instead, they listened to and obeyed the Epstein-class Zionists, and the entire world is about to pay a very heavy price because of their murderous aggression against Iran.

#Iran War Update No. 28 (focus on Iranian strategic narrative): 🔹Iranian strategic circles increasingly assess that the United States is preparing for direct involvement, including heliborne operations across different parts of the country or ground deployments inside Iranian territory. In response, Iranian military officials claim that they have mobilized one million troops to counter any potential ground invasion. 🔹In the same vein, Iranian forces are reportedly preparing contingency plans aimed at inflicting maximum casualties and potentially capturing U.S. or Israeli personnel, indicating readiness for a higher-intensity phase of conflict. 🔹The Houthis have outlined redlines and conditions for entering the war. They have warned that if additional actors join the coalition against Iran, they will also enter the conflict. This appears to specifically reference the potential participation of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in a campaign against Iran and is intended as a deterrent. The Houthis have also cautioned that any use of the Red Sea for operations against Iran could trigger their involvement in the war. 🔹This effectively expands the geography of Iran’s deterrence beyond the Persian Gulf, raising the risk that escalation could extend to the Red Sea and Bab el-Mandab if additional actors become involved – a scenario that is becoming increasingly likely. 🔹Israeli strikes on Iranian industrial infrastructure continued, including attacks on two major steel production facilities and associated power generation units, reinforcing the pattern of targeting Iran’s economic and industrial base and undermining its post-war recovery potential. 🔹In response, calls within pro-government circles for both vertical and horizontal escalation are becoming more pronounced, with arguments that only a broader and more severe response can restore deterrence. 🔹In this vein, Iranian state media have begun publishing potential target sets across the region, including major steel and industrial facilities in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The IRGC has already warned that retaliation across the region will follow. 🔹This reflects a growing tendency to target regional economic infrastructure at a massive scale in response to attacks on Iran’s economic and industrial bases, suggesting Iran’s readiness to escalate further to establish a deterrence equilibrium. 🔹Iran is also tightening its control over the Strait of Hormuz. The IRGC has expanded restrictions, warning that vessels shipping to or from countries supporting the U.S. campaign will be denied passage. 🔹At the same time, Tehran is attempting to construct a legal justification for these actions, framing selective restrictions as a legitimate wartime measure while still allowing conditional transit for non-hostile states. 🔹Despite Trump’s earlier announcement of a delay in potential attacks on Iran’s energy infrastructure, markets remain unconvinced. Oil prices have risen above $110 per barrel, indicating low confidence in the credibility of de-escalatory signaling from Washington. 🔹The disruption is now affecting not only energy but also global food supply chains. A significant portion of fertilizer trade and LNG flows passing through the Strait of Hormuz has been impacted, raising concerns about broader economic consequences. 🔹The UAE is emerging as a central focus in Iranian threat perceptions. Reports indicate that Abu Dhabi is exploring participation in efforts to reopen the Strait and may support U.S. operations. 🔹In response, Iranian discourse increasingly frames the UAE itself – and not just American interests there – as a potential target, including critical economic and technological infrastructure. 🔹Some Iranian commentary has gone further, suggesting preemptive action against the UAE or even the seizure of territory (Emirati shores) if it actively supports U.S. military operations. A similar suggestion has also been made regarding Bahrain. 🔹The military balance also remains contested. Reports indicate that only a portion of Iran’s missile capabilities has been degraded, with underground and dispersed systems continuing to enable sustained launches. This contradicts earlier U.S. and Israeli claims of destroying 80-90 percent of Iran’s missile capabilities. 🔹Recent launches from a hardened missile site near Yazd have been widely highlighted as evidence of the resilience of Iran’s missile infrastructure and its ability to absorb repeated strikes while maintaining offensive capacity. 🔹At the same time, concerns are growing about U.S. resource constraints. Reports indicate that interceptor missile stockpiles and precision munitions are being depleted at a significant rate. 🔹Washington is reportedly considering deploying an additional 10,000 troops to the region, expanding its military options despite ongoing discussions about a possible negotiated outcome. 🔹The nuclear dimension is also becoming more prominent. Following renewed strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities in Arak and Esfahan, calls within Iran to withdraw from the NPT and pursue nuclear weapons are gaining traction. 🔹This shift is particularly significant given the absence of previous political and religious constraints (Ali Khamenei’s nuclear fatwa), suggesting a potential long-term transformation in Iran’s strategic posture. 🔹Externally, the war is increasingly intersecting with broader geopolitical dynamics. Reports of Russian and Chinese military and technical support to Iran and Ukraine’s indirect involvement via cooperation with Saudi Arabia against Iranian drones are reinforcing emerging alignment patterns. 🔹Overall, Day 28 indicates that the conflict is moving toward a more expansive and higher-risk phase, characterized by growing expectations of U.S. ground involvement, widening target sets across the region, and increasing pressure on both the global economy and the nuclear nonproliferation regimes.

I know my page is mostly political, and many of you might not care about my personal life But before this war began, I was thinking about falling in love… about getting married My biggest dream was a small family of three. Now, that dream feels far away I don’t know if I’ll still be alive when this war ends But one thing that people should know is that America and Israel have stolen the simplest dreams from people in the Middle East :)

The idea that every sovereign country near Israel must cap its conventional weapons, limit its defensive capabilities, restrict missile and fighter jet ranges, and even dismantle its own military industries—just so Israel can "feel safe"—is completely absurd. Which other nation on Earth demands and receives this kind of privilege? This exceptionalism is especially ridiculous coming from a regime with such an inherently aggressive posture and track record in the region.

More fantastic analysis by @becca_wasser on the Iran War. She's right -- none of these ground options will intimidate Iran into surrender. They'll just draw the U.S. in deeper and make it harder to back down. Small deployments beget bigger ones. Textbook escalation. @defpriorities

We looked at these scenarios and more — each one highly risky, highly resource intensive, and highly unlikely to have the effect Trump seeks. For Iran, these will be far from “final blows” in an existential conflict. On @TheTerminal: blinks.bloomberg.com/news/stories/T…

🇮🇷🇺🇸 Professor Marandi just dismantled Trump’s “gift” in one sentence. Iran allowed a handful of ships to leave the Gulf heading to Bangladesh, China, India. Nothing to do with Trump. “Truthful things,” Marandi said, “rarely ever come out of his mouth.” Trump told the world Iran sent him a present worth “a tremendous amount of money” (and if you calculate the damage of Iran's kinetic presents sure it is worth a tremendous amount) a present he he would claim was Iran allowing 8 ships through the strait Iran controls to countries that aren’t America. The scary part is Trump really believed what he was saying, there's no calculated deception as there would require a sound mind. He seems to be on the Biden cocktail, running on a daily sizzle reel of explosions his own aides compiled to keep him focused, confabulating gifts and deals and "victories" in real time while it all goes to shit. Grandiose confabulation the brain filling gaps in reality with flattering fiction, presented with total conviction. Iran though will keep sending kinetic presents to Trump worth tremendous value.

ONE DAY AS AN ISRAELI: 11 missile attacks by the regime in Iran across Israel since early this morning: - 6:49 - 7:11 - 8:19 - 8:55 - 10:33 - 10:53 - 13:18 - 17:02 - 17:44 - 23:52 - 1:40 As soon as authorities informed civilians they could leave bomb shelters, another ballistic missile launch from Iran was detected. Every day, the regime in Iran tries to exhaust civilians, hoping they’ll be too tired or too slow to reach shelters. Today, like every other day, only civilians were harmed.

@benshapiro has never done anything for American but run his pie hole, get lip filler, & grow his Groucho Marx unibrow. Now he is advocating for OTHER American men & woman to go die in Iran for so he can make money off his podcast for the CPAC-Grindr believers. Real ass talk: The day he was born I was off Beirut dealing with the IRGC & Hezbollah suicide bombers. When he was 4 yrs old I was sailing in minefields, winning a missile duel with the Iranian Navy, baling up oil platforms and chasing IRGC boats. All I got out of it was two Battle Burgers™️ & a coke and proud of it. I’ve sailed around all of those SOH islands so maybe, just maybe it’s time for him to STFU & pray for the safety of our people? Also its also time for him to stop being a pussy and join the fucking 82nd Airborne. Trump could commission you this very instant. The war will be there in 3 months. Ask for deployment to the PG AO. I slapped his silly ass down on @RealTimers respectfully. But now that our people are in harms way he can STFU. Typical #ChickenHawk Coward. A DAP in every meaning of the words.
Chris Menahan 🇺🇸@infolibnews

Ben Shapiro—after telling his audience for months that bombing Iran wouldn't lead to a wider war, and then claiming the war was just going to be a quick bombing campaign—is now telling Americans to prepare for a long war. "There is no way to extricate ourselves from this situation right now." Americans only got "tired" of Vietnam after 50,000 troops died, he says. "Our" military members are "heroes" because they're willing to "sacrifice" their lives "for a greater good"—a future world where "energy will become cheap again because the Strait of Hormuz will be free again."
