Little girls are being taught very early to ask boys for things that don’t make sense. My nephew is 17 and preparing for college, and he recently broke up with his girlfriend because he felt she was constantly asking him for things he couldn’t reasonably provide. Why is a 17-year-old being asked for nail money, hair money, and shopping money? Where are the parents? And why are we allowing young girls to think this kind of behavior is normal or acceptable?

@sdm831 @theadafiles CRT Tech has a VERY VERY specific brightness and rendering that it'll never be reproduced by modding. This image I sent it's on camera so it's is not even faithful but it gives an idea. NONE of those games were made to be played on modern monitors and nothing can replicate a CRT

@ZeroLogan_ @theadafiles yeah that's because they look a lot worse on modern systems then they did back then. this isn't just true of old RE games. every game from that era is like that. you can fix that though by modding the graphics

@theadafiles I pity people who will never imagine how it is to play those games on the original hardware and on a CRT which is where the magic really happens. Playing those games like ps1 games on modern monitors damage your experience A LOT, those games were not made to be played that way.

@FlowersSunRain_ @xStracts710 the re 1 remake is a replacement not because the original isn't good but because unlike with the other remakes there is no reason to play that version over the remake. all the other remakes have things that were cut or changed. the 1 remake added a lot while cutting nothing

It's kinda pathetic the lengths people will go to, in order to not play something. If you can access this website from your computer, you can play Resi 1. If you can't afford it, pirate it, or emulate it. It's not a long game, you have time for it.

@FlowersSunRain_ @xStracts710 re 2 - 4 remakes don't make the originals obsolete. they're imperfect or good remakes that modernized the games for a new audience. they're alternate versions. re1 remake is not that. its the exact same game but better in every imaginable way. it is a total replacement

@xStracts710 RE1 still reflected his creative vision at the time that he made the game. It doesn't matter if he was unsatisfied with it or not. No remake has ever or will ever render the original version obselete.
