I read about this awhile back, but this is the first time I've seen the actual footage. The officer was fired after this. Pulls over a guy driving a white car, but the suspect flees. The officer begins pursuit, but gets confused and ends up chasing the WRONG VEHICLE (white SUV). He does a PIT maneuver on the SUV, and pulls his gun on the very confused woman driving. It was a whole debacle.
