Both my GenZ boys live in a Townhome I bought and pay me rent. We had a multi day freeze here in Texas.
The good news: they let their faucets drip out of pipe freezing precaution
The bad news: they misinterpreted what drip means. I got an alert from utility co. 1k gallons…🤦

@tedcruz Please explain high costs for healthcare premiums in the private sector USA. Medicare does seem to deliver more affordability. Maybe divert some of the massive overheads from the insurance industry to the people delivering the care?

We generally don't like to be told what to do (single use plastic bags, anyone?) So, while "foods" are engineered to be really appealing, we consumers can take responsibility for our own decisions.

@gregkellyusa on @NEWSMAX showed some interesting pictures of crowds of people on the beach back in the 70’s and you couldn’t see one overweight person in the pictures. We really do need to MAHA & should hold food manufacturers to certain standards of ingredients they use. Our healthcare & insurance would sure be better!

Democrats turned a blind eye to the predatory situation they created for hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied migrant children. I repeatedly pressed Biden Administration officials about this, but they refused to answer, even after an HHS whistleblower said the U.S. government had become a middleman in a disturbing child trafficking operation.
I thank President Trump for taking this seriously and will be closely following the investigation!

SCOOP: The Trump admin is launching a probe into the extremely lax HHS vetting for migrant kids under Biden that left thousands vulnerable to sex trafficking and exploitation We obtained an internal report detailing major issues with the vetting process for the sponsors of these kids. One photo, submitted by a man who wanted custody of a migrant child, showed the child’s mother crudely photoshopped into the image to claim he had a relationship with her. The mother’s feet were clipped off in the botched clip-art job. In another case, a man used a Guatemalan photo ID that clearly was not him.

@DrNeilStone Both my wife and I have had every dose available and are very healthy. Both over 70 years old. Thank goodness for the research and dedication of all who worked to produce these and other important vaccines. Oh and yes, I tested positive for a week and had zero symptoms.
