I'm about to hit 850 days of tracking and weighing my food. I wouldn’t do anything for 850 days unless it was worth it and it worked.

6 to 7 year ago Russ just feels personally attacked. We lived near a Chili’s and Saturday night was the ritual. Buy one get one margaritas. Unlimited chips and salsa. Thought we were being “responsible” because we didn’t get the queso and guac. Then a full rack of ribs with fries on the side and a couple beer or three to wash it down. Maybe loaded fries if we were really sending it. Went home full of carbs, salt, and self satisfaction because Monday through Friday we thought we “ate clean.” Woke up Sunday bloated, foggy, needing coffee and a nap, and absolutely not being realistic with myself about why my BMI was saying I’m obese when I went to the gym 3-4 times a week. I was easily 5 to 6 thousand calories deep before I got in the car to leave. Add the beers and the late night handful of whatever of the kids snacks I raided from the pantry and it was closer to 7k. Every week. Then I’d get on the scale Monday morning and wonder what was wrong with me. The honest answer wasn’t my metabolism. It was the margaritas, the ribs, the fries, and the lie I kept telling myself that a “good week” bought me a free weekend.

@DeanTTraining These burgers have been one of the greatest quality of life enhancements on my cut. Got the same burger press too. People are really only limited by their own creativity

I'm at a resort and I'm shocked at the amount of women in their 30s and 40s who have just given up on their appearance. Not just weight, but everything.
