@Finnair delayed luggage from CPH to HEL our entire flight AY954 had cargo hold issues and no baggage was loaded to this flight yesterday, first flight out of CPH to HEL. I filed a report and it has not been loaded to another flight despite several flights after.

@Finnair entire flight from Copenhagen today had no luggage when we arrived in Helsinki! How are you allowed to operate a plane where cargo hold is not working?! We’re on vacation with no luggage. Unacceptable.

@HDCares I don’t know if you care but we’ve been waiting for two 42-inch wide steel cabinets to be delivered since 12/31. No one seems to care or have a straight answer where it is. This is unacceptable.

@Iberia_en I did already & you lot still haven’t done anything to get this back to us. This is 2nd luggage that we lost in our family, first one missing for 21 days going to MAD so I won’t hold my breath. But this left behind on the reference we can see the AirTag showing in T4 MAD.

@Iberia_en just reminder our family is still waiting for a luggage you left behind in Madrid on 10/27. Several of your flights have since landed at LAX & still no luggage. AirTag still last seen T4. This lack of regard for your customers is staggering!

@Iberia_en Yes, the same story w/ no real update or ETA when this luggage is going to reach Los Angeles. This is utterly unacceptable! It shouldn’t be difficult to locate it was a direct flight MAD-LAX on Oct 27 & turns out 1 container with luggages left behind!
