@Iberia_en our 2 weeks delayed luggage was finally delivered this morning BUT SEVERAL ITEMS STOLEN. Unacceptable!!! Do not trust this airline. Absolutely terrible.

@Iberia_en I did already & you lot still haven’t done anything to get this back to us. This is 2nd luggage that we lost in our family, first one missing for 21 days going to MAD so I won’t hold my breath. But this left behind on the reference we can see the AirTag showing in T4 MAD.

@Iberia_en just reminder our family is still waiting for a luggage you left behind in Madrid on 10/27. Several of your flights have since landed at LAX & still no luggage. AirTag still last seen T4. This lack of regard for your customers is staggering!

@Iberia_en Yes, the same story w/ no real update or ETA when this luggage is going to reach Los Angeles. This is utterly unacceptable! It shouldn’t be difficult to locate it was a direct flight MAD-LAX on Oct 27 & turns out 1 container with luggages left behind!
