@BoerTexas @Iberia Even once they create it, and say they found the bag. The website shows no updates, keep calling and all they say is we sent message to Madrid to get it on a plane….never flying them again. At this point just hoping I see it at some point, lots of gifts in there

@brodman89 @Iberia Exactly the same with us. It is week later and they keep blaming the other airline but we never took that flight. Our friends are in Madrid right now and nobody wants to help. They don’t even want to create a PIR although they have all my information.
