Reports emerging of beheadings and executions, including of children, by Azerbaijani soldiers in Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijan has sealed off the entire region from the world, so there is no way to know the scope of these or independently verify them.
My good real life friend @sedrak_ made an app for English language learners to expand the vocabulary. I got a bit addicted to it. This isn’t sponsored (my friend is very kind though and waters my plants 🪴 every time I’m away from the city), so I thought I’ll give his free amazing app a shout out. It’s really good, free, useful and educational.
Also we can play World of Wordcraft game together (he even printed a word maze once and exhibited it at the same exhibition under the Brooklyn bridge I did 😅 I’ll show you photos in comments.

Confused and saddened by @metmuseum ‘s decision to erase Ayvazovsky’s true heritage (Armenian) and write it off as Ukrainian. By shifting the identity of an artist of a marginalized group in favor of another doesn’t bring honor nor does it amplify Ukrainian art or identity.
I never understood using postman. I use curl or requests in a jupyter notebook if I need to parse. Both are so simple that dealing with a gui on http requests seems 10x more tedious
It became a drug.
When you finish with the cold shower, the body quickly warms up itself afterwards and it’s incredibly empowering feeling.
The feeling of resilience afterwards is on another level.
It’s winter now so whenever I take a shower, I want to warm up so I start with the hot water.
I tell myself “I’m not going to change to cold water, not today, let me just enjoy the hot shower”.
But I always do.
A few months ago, I saw people spending minutes in the cold plunge pool at @Equinox . I couldn’t be there for more than 10s and it puzzled me.
But I read about benefits of cold therapy and slowly got into it.
Eventually my showers included some time under cold water.
Google Maps should allow search for previously searched addresses, e.g. I remember going to some place in Hoboken a year ago, I want to find it by "hoboken" or even see it on the map.
"Recent history" only goes back a week 🤦♂️
"Maps Activity" has the data but search is superslow
