I am speaking as a devotee who has traveled, looked closely, and seen the tragic reality with my own eyes. When you see a millennium-old pillar drilled with holes for electrical wiring, patched with crude cement, or a priceless Chola inscription buried under cheap whitewash, it is a direct insult to our deities and the ancient sthapathis. Meanwhile, ancient temple lands are trapped in unchecked encroachments and unpaid rents. The wealth vanishes while our roots starve, leaving thousands of ancient village temples to crumble without even enough funds for the archaka to light a single daily lamp. (роТро░рпБ роХро╛ро▓ рокрпВроЬрпИ) The HR&CE department constantly uses two major excuses to justify its control and mislead the public: ЁЯФ║They claim the state stepped in to fix historical discrimination and inequality. This is deliberately misleading. Every temple follows its own strict Agama (spiritual laws) regarding who is consecrated to enter the sanctum and perform rituals. It was never a simple caste dynamic - even an "upper-caste" devotee is barred from the sanctum, while in many temples, the hereditary poojaris belong to entirely different communities based on their unique spiritual lineage. Twisting these localized traditions is just a tactic to create division and justify government interference. ЁЯФ║Then comes the claim that the officials are all Hindus. But checking a box on a job application doesn't give someone a heart full of bhakti. We do not want minor administrative tweaks; we want the bureaucracy completely out. The FreeTNTemples movement is the collective cry of every devotee's heart. Every other religious community in India manages its own places of worship with dignity. ЁЯЪй Hindu temples deserve the exact same respect. #FreeTNTemples #FreeHinduTemples vc: instagram /satirical_citizen

Shocked to know that it was a pre planned murder. тЧПYou can see in the cctv footage how the car directly turned towards the 2 mataji walking extreme left side of the road. Clearly it was intentional. тЧПIt is not merely a traffic incident It is a direct assault on a peaceful spiritual tradition that walks the path of Tapasya. We demand an immediate, transparent, and strict investigation @SP_Rewa @Janardan_BJP тЧПThe accused Rashid Ali shah must be prosecuted under the strongest applicable laws. Jain saints walk barefoot, harming no one, owning nothing, living only for spiritual upliftment of society. тЧПIf even such ascetics are unsafe on Indian roads, then what message are we giving to the nation? This growing recklessness and disregard toward Jain Sadhu is creating deep fear and anger within the Jain community. Such incidents leave a generational wound on our spiritual heritage. We urge authorities to act immediately. @DrMohanYadav51 @CMMadhyaPradesh @ChouhanShivraj @GovernorMP @MPPoliceDeptt @RewaCollector @PMOIndia @HMOIndia #Rewa #Jainism #ProtectJainSaints

KV Iyyer - BHARAT ЁЯЗоЁЯЗ│ЁЯЗоЁЯЗ▒
August 17, 1909: Veer Savarkar waited outside Pentonville Prison in England to collect the body of a 25-year-old man, who had not been handed over by the British government after his hanging. This body belonged to the great revolutionary, Madan Lal Dhingra, the son of a wealthy and prosperous family, sent to England to study by his father, a civil surgeon employed by the British government. But the flame of revolution was such that Madan Lal, along with Veer Savarkar, decided to teach a lesson to Curzon Wyllie, a British army officer who had returned to England in 1901 after committing atrocities in India. On July 1, 1909, Madan Lal Dhingra shot Curzon Wyllie at a meeting held at the Imperial Institute in England. The British government arrested him and hanged him on August 17, 1909. Madan Lal was so courageous and fearless that when he was tried in court, he clearly stated, "The British government has no right to prosecute me... I don't respect the laws of the British government that is killing millions of innocent patriots in India and bringing 100 million pounds from India to England every year. Therefore, I will not even give my explanation in this court. Do whatever you want..." And when he was being taken away after being sentenced to death, he thanked the judge and said, "Thank you for giving me the opportunity to sacrifice my life for my motherland." And you know what, there is Curzon Road in most of the cities having cantonment established by the British and the name exists till date. All these roads should be renamed as Madan Lal Dhingra Marg including the one at British Consulate in every city in India Huge Respect and Salute To Both Madan Lal Dhingra and Veer Savarkar Jai Hind ЁЯЗоЁЯЗ│ ЁЯЩП ЁЯлбЁЯлбЁЯлб

His name was Rajan. He was a final year engineering student at the Regional Engineering College in Calicut, Kerala. His father, T V Eachara Varier, was a Hindi professor at the Government Arts and Science College in the same city. On the morning of March 1 1976 the police came to the college campus and took Rajan away. India was under Emergency. Civil liberties were suspended. Courts had effectively turned away. His father found out the next day from the college principal. He went to every police station in the district. No one admitted to having his son. He met the Home Minister of Kerala, K Karunakaran, directly. He sent petitions to the Home Secretary of the Government of Kerala three times. Not a single reply or acknowledgement came. He wrote to the President of India and the Home Minister of the central government, with copies to every Member of Parliament from Kerala. Nothing. What Eachara Varier did not know at the time was that his son had been taken to an illegal police interrogation camp at Kakkayam. He was tortured. A practice called uruttal was used, where a heavy wooden log is rolled over the body of the victim. Rajan died from his injuries. His body was disposed of by the police and was never found. When the Emergency ended in 1977 Eachara Varier filed a habeas corpus petition in the Kerala High Court. It was the first such petition filed in Kerala after the Emergency. He did it without legal training, without political backing, without money. He had spent everything searching for his son. The court case slowly unravelled the truth. It forced K Karunakaran to resign as Chief Minister of Kerala in 1978 when the adverse judgment came. RajanтАЩs mother became mentally unstable from the grief. She died in 2000 still not knowing where her son was. Eachara Varier wrote his memoir, Memories of a Father, which won the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award in 2004. In its final lines he wrote, тАЬI donтАЩt close the door. Let the rain lash inside and drench me. Let at least my invisible son know that his father never shut the door.тАЭ He died on April 13 2006. He never found his sonтАЩs body. Rajan was picked up from his college campus on a March morning in 1976. He was never seen again. Repost this. Some stories must not be allowed to disappear.

A retired #SBI officer and his wife walked into a bank branch in Rajkot and handed over a cheque for Rs 1 crore to the #National_Defence_Fund It was their entire life savings. No press conference was planned. No social #media post was drafted. They simply believed that the money they had saved over a lifetime of service belonged, at this moment, to the #soldiers protecting the #country. The couple's gesture came in the backdrop of heightened tensions along #India's borders, and it caught the attention of SBI's management, who ensured the donation was formally acknowledged. The National Defence Fund, administered by the #PrimeMinister's Office, supports the welfare of armed #forces personnel and their families. In a country where #patriotism is often performed loudly, this couple did something quietly radical. They gave everything. For anyone watching the news cycle and wondering what ordinary #Indians actually feel about their country, this cheque tells you more than any speech ever could. So proud of my fellow Bhartiya
Sann@san_x_m

His name is Govind Jaiswal. He was born in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. His father, Narayan, had once owned 35 rickshaws. Then his wife fell gravely ill. Narayan sold 20 of them to pay for her treatment. She died in 1995. He sold 14 more to send Govind to Delhi to prepare for UPSC. By the time Govind reached Delhi, his father was down to one rickshaw, which he pulled himself every day. The family lived in a single room near the railway station in Varanasi. Electricity was unreliable. Govind had studied at a government school and a modest college in the city. When he was 11 years old, he went to play at a wealthy friendтАЩs house. He was insulted and thrown out because his father was a rickshaw puller. An older friend explained to him how the world works and told him that unless his circumstances changed, he could expect this treatment his entire life. That day, he decided he would become an IAS officer. In Delhi, he taught mathematics to junior students to earn money. On some days, he skipped meals to save what little he had. He studied in public libraries. He prepared entirely in Hindi medium. He told himself he could not afford a second attempt. His father had sold everything. There was no plan B. In 2006, Govind Jaiswal cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination in his first attempt. He was 22 years old. All India Rank 48. The first thing he did with his first salary was pay for his fatherтАЩs medical treatment for a leg injury sustained from years of pulling rickshaws. He said this, тАЬAnyone who understands my circumstances will know I had no other option. I chose the only path I was left with. I worked hard on my studies.тАЭ Follow for stories India deserves to remember.

He held the keys to the EmpireтАЩs richest vault, but he handed them to a Rebel Queen. 1 man turned the Gwalior Treasury into a weapon of war & paid for it by hanging from a Neem tree for 3 days. He was the 'CFO of the Revolution', a merchant who traded his life for a nationтАЩs honor. Discover the Ghost Financier of 1857. Amar Chand Banthia was a wealthy merchant from Bikaner who had moved to Gwalior. Because of his legendary honesty & mathematical precision, he was appointed the Treasurer (Nagar Seth) of the Gwalior Royal Treasury. He held the keys to 1 of the largest hoards of wealth in Central India. The British relied on this treasury to fund their local operations & keep the Scindia army paid. In 1858, the Rani of Jhansi, Lakshmibai, & Tantya Tope arrived in Gwalior. Their soldiers had not been paid for months; they were starving, exhausted, & on the verge of mutiny. The Maharaja of Gwalior had fled to Agra to seek British protection, leaving the treasury under BanthiaтАЩs care. The Rani of Jhansi made a desperate plea for funds to keep the revolution alive. Amar Chand Banthia knew that giving the royal treasury to rebels was a death sentence. He did not just give a part of it; he opened the gates. He distributed the entire wealth of the Gwalior treasury to the rebel soldiers. He famously declared: "This wealth belongs to the people & the nation. If it can help win our freedom, it has served its purpose." This single act of Financial Guerilla Warfare allowed the Rani of Jhansi to regroup & fight the final, legendary battles of 1858. The British eventually retook Gwalior. They did not just want to kill Banthia; they wanted to make an example of the man who had stolen their financial security. On June 16, 1858, Seth Amar Chand Banthia was captured. He was taken to the middle of the Sarafa Bazaar in Gwalior. The British hung him from a Neem tree. Legend says the British were so terrified of his influence that they left his body hanging there for 3 days. The people of Gwalior refused to let his memory die. The Sarafa Bazaar, usually a place of commerce, became a site of pilgrimage overnight. Banthia was originally from Bikaner. When the news of his execution reached Rajasthan, he became a Ghost Legend among the trading communities. His sacrifice changed the perception of Traders (Banias) in the revolution. He proved that the man with the pen & the ledger could be just as brave as the man with the sword. While the Rajas & Maharajas were calculating their Safety, this merchant was calculating the Price of Freedom & he was willing to pay it with his life. Today, Amar Chand Banthia is known as the 1st Martyr of Rajasthan in the 1857 revolt, yet he is rarely mentioned in mainstream history books. History often focuses on the warriors on horseback. The Bankers who funded them are seen as secondary. He remains a Ghost because he represents a dangerous idea: that Capital can be a Revolutionary force. Seth Amar Chand Banthia was the Mercenary of Conscience. He turned a Govt Asset into a Revolutionary Fuel. W/o his theft, the Rani of Jhansi would have been defeated weeks earlier due to lack of resources. He died for a treasury that was not his, for a Queen who was not his ruler, & for a country that was not yet free. He is the man who proved that Freedom is the only investment where the returns are measured in blood, not percentages.
