@RailwaySeva Train 12239 has stopped at the station Sachin for more than an hour. When I raised a query on the railway helpline they mentioned it is showing train has already reached vadodara. We aren't being provided any explanations

Had to book this train due to an emergency but the train is already delayed by an hour and still no sign of it moving. Why is this not being addressed

@CRED_support Why is your support so poor? I paid my credit card bill via Cred and it is still not reflecting in the credit card statement as payment received and I am not able to reach anyone at cred either via social media or email?

@CRED_support Your response is highly inadequate. My bill payment is due on 14th and you are asking time till 18th to resolve. I have already made the payment for my credit card. @ICICIBank_Care can you look into this with cred. I don't want charges to accrue on my credit card.
