Dear passenger all efforts are being made to maintain punctuality of the trains there could be delay for few minutes, sometimes, as various public creates problem like suicide, alarm Chain pulling etc. Also, various streams of traffic run on the same track. Accordingly, punctuality gets affected.To monitor your trains a group of dedicated staffs are working round the clock to make various adjustments to bring your train very fast, as far as possible. Despite these, Indian railway makes attempt to reach you safely and timely. Hope you appreciate the attempts of Indian railway.

Thank you for highlighting the issue on twitter by uploading the video. Your complaint in the light of said video and statement of concern TTE have been examined and noticed that you and one other passenger were detected traveling with one general class ticket which indicates that another was traveling without ticket. Accordingly you were asked to pay the required railway dues for which you were not ready and on arrival of Nandurbar station, both of you ran away without paying any railway dues. We humbly request you to take appropriate/proper tickets before start of journey or entering into reserved coach to avoid payment of penalty in the future. Further it is humbly requested to you to allow the railway staff to function as per railway rules.
