@drmadiwr @WesternRly @RailwaySeva I am travelling by 12009 from vapi. Amazing that even such a prestigious train is running late . The other day I travelled by flimsy special trains and both were late. Can u explain this or is it a new normal.

@RailwaySeva @drmbct My number is not required to take action. This has become a daily routine — dog poop scattered everywhere at Kandivali new FOB & platforms. Unknown passengers step in it or may skid and fall. Around 8–10 dogs have occupied the area. Requesting urgent cleaning and safety measures.

Dear passenger Indian Railway is maintaining Punctuality on End to End basis. Accordingly attempts are being made to maintain punctuality at Origin and Terminating stations. At intermediate stations there could be delay for few minutes, sometimes, alarm Chain pulling, signal failure, and trespassing , unit trouble etc. Also, various streams of traffic run on the same track. Accordingly, punctuality gets affected. To monitor your trains a group of dedicated staffs are working round the clock to make various adjustments to bring your train very fast, as far as possible. Despite these, Indian railway makes attempt to reach you safely and timely. Hope you appreciate the attempts of Indian railway.

Train no :-06013, I have a booking on this train from Surat to Chittorgarh. The train is running 6 hours late. Its scheduled time at Surat is 8:33 PM, but now it will arrive at 3:00 AM. This is a special train with extra charges. @RailwaySeva @AshwiniVaishnaw
