Sir, Regular ticket checking is being carried out routinely at stations as well as on board trains as per Railway norms. These checks are conducted on a continuous basis to ensure that all passengers are traveling with valid tickets or passes. Further, Station TTEs have been instructed to remain vigilant and to ensure regular ticket checking so as to prevent unauthorized travel and to maintain discipline in passenger services. Official @WesternRly email shows 9,188 cases in Oct 2025 and 9,588 in Nov 2025 in first class Mumbai locals compartments. Given ground reality, even 5 offenders per train should mean 3,000+ daily cases. These numbers show weak enforcement, not compliance. @RailMadad

@IRCTCofficial 5+ hours delay for train no 09420 .This is unacceptable. Passengers are suffering because of complete mismanagement. Indian Railways needs to stop treating passengers like this. We were paying for this type of management

Dear passenger all efforts are being made to maintain punctuality of the trains there could be delay for few minutes, sometimes, as various public creates problem like suicide, alarm Chain pulling etc. Also, various streams of traffic run on the same track. Accordingly, punctuality gets affected.To monitor your trains a group of dedicated staffs are working round the clock to make various adjustments to bring your train very fast, as far as possible. Despite these, Indian railway makes attempt to reach you safely and timely. Hope you appreciate the attempts of Indian railway.
