yea same here. and honestly as conditions get tighter and birth rates continue to decline because... obviously, theyre just gonna continue being an outsized voter block. even population numbers a side, civic engagement is absolutely tied to personal stability whether we admit it or not

most of american life unless scheduled is super isolationist so you rarely get those spontaneous interactions with ppl.. this sorta flips that around right at the point of where ppl spend majority of their lives.
anyway, it’s super duper interesting to see the wework model applied to residential.

@hyprturing you’ll quickly find out that most companies are non technical, are just simple api wrappers, have a nice UI for what is essentially random numbers
yet the deal will still go through because this is not complete dogshit it’s an area of improvement
