@IndiGo6E .There was total silence here and it continues, as this flight once again is delayed by almost 10 hours as things stand. Some passengers were even lied to saying that the previous flight has left while the delay is due to that not being the case. @IndiGo6E are snake oil salesmen.

Platitudinous apology from an airline that put profits over public interest because it is pampered by the state. It knows it's going to get away because there are few alternatives to its near monopoly over the skies. Public looses twice over.

What Indigo has pulled here is nothing short of a huge scam. They have been selling tickets, charging for extras such as seat bookings and other services knowing all along that massive cancellations will take place! Thousands of travelers including senior citizens and small children were left stranded at airports, with no intimation of when their flight would leave. Then the flight was cancelled after several hours. No compensation or support to those stranded for this trash of an airline! @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia should haul them over the coals for this blatant disregard. Several resounding slaps and large fines and penalties must be levied on this arrogant, monstrous monopolist of a company @IndiGo6E.

Anyone with basic brains can figure out what Indigo did was very intentional. This was not sudden disruption, this was almost a planned strike to strongarm the government into giving it what it wants. What people went through doesn't matter to them, it's just collateral damage. And the fact that govt let this happen is on them. The fact that we essentially have monopolistic/duopolistic situations in so many major sectors is on this Government. But what to do, let's look for ways to blame RaGa on this too.

An airline company that had two years to meet global standards has managed to blackmail the government and forced it to toll back. What about passenger safety? Pilot health? Problem is we will keep flying indigo because there is no option

How is it possible that the regulations were brought in industry wide and ONLY indigo faced operational problems? Even Air India hired 500 pilots in advance but Indigo didnt? They had an 18 month notice and did nothing about it. This was a planned move to disrupt travel and economy in the country and Indigo should be investigated for the same.
