What is your best skill that you can’t put on your CV?

@MenryWY I’m writing something at the moment about vulnerability (and the possibility of harm) in the context of just transitions, and this applies very much to future generations and non-human species because we’re essentially deciding for them without their input.

Re-reading Pollution is Colonialism and thinking about how the threshold theory of pollution (how much is ‘permissible’ before it causes harm) is related to what’s considered an acceptable level of warming. Who determines what constitutes harm?

Speaking of articles - any suggestions about where to send a 6,000ish word photo essay on fossil fuels/far-right politics/rural energy transitions?

My sustainability class just finished a module about disinformation. I had them write me a letter assuming they were flunking and arguing that they deserve an A, using the techniques of disinformation we discussed, like cherry picking, false experts and ad hominem. HOO-boy. 1/n
