Right now, you can't see where your tax money or donations actually go. This makes people not want to donate or pay taxes. Now imagine the world as a network of valueflows going through splitters & converters, with a detailed view of how money transforms into impact. Resources like food or labor - tokenized, made liquid & trackable. Each organization, a node of clearly visible inputs & outputs, all interconnected in a giant web of life. I think a lot of us would be more willing to pay taxes or donate, if we knew exactly where the money goes. Transparency solves the trust problem that kills public goods funding.

3 years in and I'm 10x more excited for what we can accomplish with founders at @RnDAO__ . I spent a decade in organization design and the last 3 years as a team obsessively working to figure out how we overcome the failures of DAOs and traditional organizations. Years dreaming of an open ecosystem of collaboration tools to replace the walled gardens of today. But the recipe just didn't add up. There were too many challenges to address, to many gaps to make it work... But we're getting closer by the day and now really understanding what exactly needs to be built. Yes it's AI, yes it's blockchain, but the real insight is how these come together and how we create new ways of working while also addressing the pressing needs of SMBs and enterprises today. Without understanding today's constraints, we would end like DAOs in 2017-2025: idealism turning into cynicism, big visions but no revenue. Not easy to tick all the boxes, but we have kept on working. Turning every failure into learning and going further with every cycle. And the work is bearing fruit. COOs used to say quickly "thanks but not interested". Now a few are saying "I think you're unto something". Next we're bringing in a few talented folks to lead the charge launching ventures with our support and backed by our research. We're growing our product ecosystem by inviting a handful of founders to join our venture studio.
