Aaah thank you everyone!!! This senior boy is taking it easy this evening, but very much appreciates all your love and wishes!!

And then he was 8! Celebrating my beautiful boy’s birthday today with a swim and some pupcakes. Although I tell him everyday, I don’t think he appreciates what absolute joy he brings to my life. Every moment with him is pure love. Happy Birthday Monty!

I can’t help thinking that if this government now has a £50 billion shortfall in their finances, that maybe they should stop giving billions to every third world country, paying billions to give islands away, paying France to keep sending boats over the channel, paying billions to import as many third world people as they can, paying to house them and paying to treat them on the NHS. Then again, I know nothing about these things, so obviously the government know what they’re doing.

My water bill arrived yesterday - UP £50 a month. My gas and electricity going up. Poll tax bill will arrive this month - will be going UP. Now starting to look what I can cancel. @RachelReevesMP - where is the extra money in My pocket? @Ed_Miliband - when do I get My £300 a year reduction? @Keir_Starmer - if you raise Tax at the budget then there will be civil war. How can you be getting this SO WRONG? Just ALL @UKLabour LIES.

They used some if not all of that money for other company costs including bonuses and dividends. That £1.1bn formed part of the WINEP programme, a legally binding commitment to the @EnvAgency to deliver a certain number of clean up projects by 2025. The sun came out so had a quick beach walk and swim this morning (after a walk through the woods and then a doggy sausage at a lovely cafe). Last one tomorrow before we head home.
