Precedent is what's killing our justice system. Courts should be EXCLUSIVELY turning to the Constitution when deciding cases, regardless of what they entail, instead of sometimes making things up out of whole cloth, think Roe v Wade. I said what I said😎

@LarryJones Never been about safety because the government doesn't care two shits about us. It's ALWAYS been about control. Why else would they allow motorcyclists to ride without a helmet and a roll cage? Bicyclists are even encouraged to wear helmets and kids are REQUIRED to be helmeted.

So I can get pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt, pay a fine, and get points on my license, but a school bus full of kids can bounce around in their seats without one, and garbage men can hang off the back of a truck. What am I missing?
