Our team got out across Chicago for Earth Day cleanups with @ChicagoParks. 🌎 As a presenting sponsor, we joined 750+ volunteers across 190 park sites as part of this annual citywide effort. We’re grateful to support this tradition and help keep the city’s parks clean and green.

Today I welcomed representatives from SERVE to discuss robotic delivery in the 15th Ward. I’m am very excited to open up our economic corridors to this & other emerging delivery systems. As more and more families use various platforms for dining out, we need to evolved before demand outpaces our ability to meet consumer expectation. Already in Chicago demand is four times higher than our ability to deliver robotically. Conversely, as robotic delivery requires parallel platform usage, now is the perfect time to ensure the platforms are financially beneficial to them actually neighborhood restaurants they partner with in the 15th Ward and greater city as a whole. I’m excited to put our historic communities at the forefront of this emerging business model. I welcome my residents thoughts on how to maximize this opportunity locally.

Delivery can be expensive, and those costs usually land on restaurants, customers, or both. As Serve expands, restaurants can take on more delivery orders more affordably, which is good for businesses, customers, and local communities. More ⬇️

@ServeRobotics you should tell us how the robots work in the app. It says unlock robot but there’s nowhere that says open the door yourself, you need to say that so no one gets confused and thinks that it opens itself… tell us to open it manually.

At #NVIDIAGTC, we partnered with @NVIDIA to turn real-world autonomous delivery into part of the attendee journey. 18 of our Jetson Orin-powered robots rolled across campus, delivering snacks, water, and swag. On stage and in the crowd, they were part of the GTC experience.

Entrepreneurship often comes down to how you navigate uncertainty. A single moment can change a trajectory, and everything that follows. @ahkashani reflects on a broader pattern across founders, especially immigrants, who build through uncertainty: linkedin.com/posts/alikasha…
