I was formally told in writing by @bookingcom that I had no booking despite calling and emailing them nonstop for 3 days. Just 3 hours before departure, they suddenly “found” it. Too late! I missed an important appointment , lost €600, rebooked for €960. This is gross negligence. Your customer service failed me and refuses to take any responsibility. Fix it! Case escalated via @PayPal @PayPal @WhichUK @eu_consumer #BookingFail #ConsumerRights

@bookingcom be very careful when booking through this company. My daughter booked an apartment through them in Weymouth and it was disgusting, not as advertised at all. This is what my daughter and family arrived to! This isn’t even theirs. The apartment was so bad they’ve had to pay to stay in a hotel and all she’s being offered is a ‘partial’ refund. Would you pay £600 to stay in this shithole? She’s tried contacting the ‘hosts’ and they are ignoring her 🤬
