I researched @bmstores and Google says all UK stores are dog friendly, so long as the dog is on a lead. Went to my local store today and there are large signs on the door stating no dogs. Very mixed messages… doesn’t help when planning our day!

@marksandspencer sent me damaged and wilted roses, raised an issue and they sent another bunch in worse condition. Been offered another bunch of flowers, I don’t want those - your flowers are sent in a terrible condition! Customer service is shocking, just send me a gift card!

I rarely use my heating yet my smart meter says my gas usage is £180 per month and electricity is £145. In a single occupancy flat! Surely this isn’t accurate. I don’t know how much we’re being scare mongered by the media vs the truth… #costofliving
