Actually, what is the purpose of this press meet from Superstar Rajinikanth? Around two years ago, Rajinikanth wished @actorvijay the very best for his political venture, and he was also the first person from the cinema industry to congratulate @TVKVijayHQ after its astounding victory on May 4. Personally, I felt there was no need for this press meet, which, frankly, was a waste of the Superstar’s time. He is now the senior-most actor in the cinema industry, and there is absolutely no need for him to respond to every criticism hurled at him. He has never been this way in the past. He has already mentioned that he has seen @actorvijay grow from being a kid into a successful star, and there is absolutely no ill feeling between two stars who belong to different generations. It was only some extreme fan groups that indulged in mudslinging on social media. Even though I personally feel this press meet was needless, I hope it finally puts all controversies surrounding the two individuals to rest. The one and only Superstar - @rajinikanth
