Maybe not a popular take but I am calling for this guy to be pardoned. Unless the DOJ plans on going after all the crooks in congress currently insider trading, this is simply skewed justice. There is no “justice” when guys like this get the book thrown at him yet members are illegally profiting every day. I don’t agree with what he did and he should be required to disgorge all the profits however, unless the DOJ plans on doing Congress next, this is not justice.

Addressing all boat personnel at Pearl Harbor, CINCPAC advised, “The female sleeping quarters will be out-of-bounds for all males. Anybody caught breaking this rule will be fined $50 the first time.” He continued, “Anybody caught breaking this rule the second time will be fined $150. Being caught a third time will cost you a fine of $500. SLATER SCOOP: Falcons' James Pearce Jr. will have all of his charges dismissed if he completes a program offered to him by the state of Florida, I've learned. While details are still being worked out, Pearce Jr. would have to attend therapy sessions and stay out of trouble over a six-month period. His attorney, Yale Sanford, tells me the victim, Rickea Jackson, and the police officers in this case spoke to the state attorney's office and agreed to this as well.

Chuck Grassley won’t get rid of blue slips to advance our judicial nominees because he wants to be nice to Democrats. 21 Indiana state senators voted against redistricting and deprived us of two additional House seats because they want to be nice to Democrats. 19 House Republicans are co-sponsoring mass amnesty legislation and going against the will of 77+ million voters because they want to be nice to Democrats. 10 House Republicans voted to extend TPS for 350,000 Haitians because they want to be nice to Democrats. House Republicans won’t censure Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, or expel Epstein’s Democrat friend Stacey Plaskett because they want to be nice to Democrats.
