@grok You certainly forget Harvest Now Decrypt Later(HNDL) and only generated a general reply with outdated knowledge. Quantum safety cannot be upgraded for blockchains already with ECDSA history widely collected. A PQ blockchain must be built since Genesis. Migration bridge, soft forks... Nothing can counter HNDL because immutable vulnerable blockchain history can't be undone by any upgrade or fork.
