This happened multiple times now why do you not announce the red line departure time? You have people sitting on a yellow line when I could have jumped on the red line to sf? Just horrible communication skills to your riders it took 18 mins for this yellow line to depart wtf?

@SFBART why at sfo does a red line come in from the cal train stop, while I’m sitting on a yellow line train directly opposite that has been sitting now for 10 mins does the red line take off, no signage on the board announcing the department while this yellow line doesn’t move?

With gas prices high and wanting to take public transportation I’ll be over an hour late to my office because of the train time gaps, delays at lake Merritt and now colosseum on a Tuesday morning. You’re almost encouraging passengers to drive. Ridiculous unreliable and slow

@SFBART if we know that Dublin Pleasanton has primarily tech offices in comparison to the other east bay locations and people are going in, can we improve the 25 minute gap in between trains for the Dublin line especially at 10am on a Tuesday? Very frustrating

@SFMTA_Muni WB? I’m going East, it’s the only sign hanging with time predictions now says 4 mins there’s clearly an issue with where the train is actually and what is being displayed

@sfcitydude25 Train 2180 would have just serviced WB Embarcadero. Were you able to board? We're not seeing erroneous predictions on any of the Embarcadero signage at this time, so if you can give us the location of whichever sign gave you the 23- then 14-minute predictions, that would help.

@sfcitydude25 When a delay clears, it still takes time for trains to resume service and travel the length of the subway. Safety requires specific spacing, as well, so trains hold until there is adequate space in front of them. Our apologies for the delay.
