Some quick thoughts after using it in person: 1. The camera window looks even more out of place IRL. It feels misplaced, part of a different device, and that matte white texture totally clashes with the shifting grey tones of the metal frame. 2. The metal build is nice and impressively thin, BUT that premium feel evaporates the moment the haptics kick in. It’s the same vibration motor as the Phone (4a). Definitely not premium. Using the Phone (3) motor would’ve been the ONLY correct move. Right now, the gap between the premium build and the cheap haptics make things even worse. If you want a midrange Nothing, (4a) remains the only right answer for me.

SOLVED. It was some crazy default Gmail settings I've never experienced before. Somehow, the device comes with "label notifications" TURNED OFF (you can see it in the picture, you need to ✅ it). Please @nothing, take a look into this a set it flagged by default. Thank you @ruudhesp for the help!

Btw am I the only one having issues with Gmail notifications on Nothing OS 4.0/4.1? I've already disabled all battery optimizations for both the system and the app itself, but it’s still driving me nuts. No issues on my other devices. Has anyone else dealt with this or found a fix?

I can't stand blurred iOS-ish background anymore. Everything is blurred in todays UIs. It feels so abstract. Unreal. Flat. Boring. Thank god Nothing sticks to its own aesthetic.
