Let us be clear. Parents can not even slap their own children in this country. So why then should a security guard from another country (whose background check only pertained to his time spent living in Ireland, like ALL security guard checks) be able to give a child a "dirty punch in the head". The foreign national witnessing this sides with the security guard. Is the child an angel? Probably not. Is he gonna hurt a grown man? No. Can a grown man easily hurt a child? Yes. Is it illegal?
