I can’t believe this city. I run in for five minutes to buy a stinking lottery ticket, come out and my bike is completely stripped down to the basic remnants of a frame. This is just sick. Five freaking minutes! But I have to admit, damn, they’re good.

@NYPDnews @NYPDTips It appears that both subjects have tattoos. New York City Corrections Department maintains a computer Photo file of every inmate within the jails. Enhance the Picture of both subjects arms with tattoos and compare them to the Corrections Department’s database of tattoos.

We are saddened to learn the death of retired Capt John Vigiano Sr, who bravely fought 9/11 cancer. He is surely greeted at the gates by his 2 sons, NYPD Detective Joseph Vigiano & #FDNY FF John Vigiano II who were lost on 9/11/01. We know they are resting in peace... together.
