People say he was there for a civil matter, I don't really know what it was for but it makes sense considering he was well dressed in a suit. After he asks how they're doing, the guy responds with "get out of here" or something to that effect and Chud says "I'm free to be where I want to be" Black dude says something else and Chud simply walks away. As Chud walks away, the black guy tells him he has PTSD and that he won't put with him calling him a n!gger or say that chimp out stuff to him. Chud then says "or what? You gonna start chimping out?" Chud is still recording but walking away. That's when you can see the black guy stand up from about maybe 50 or 60 ft away from Chud idk exactly how many feet but it was quite a significant distance and he begins to advance towards Chud. Chud stops walking and the black catches up to Chud and they're in each others faces. Literally inches apart. The black guys tells Chud "Call me a nigger" "Mace me. Mace me" trying to provoke Chud and when he gets no response from Chud, he punches Chud in the head. The camera is then knocked to the ground. Seconds later, you can hear 4 or 5 gunshots pop off. Then you can hear people running towards them and Chud saying "get him off of me" The rest of the audio you can find online if you look around. But that's what I saw happen live on stream. - ‘Did Chud use any racial slurs?’ Nope. Never used a single racial slur whatsoever. - ‘So how important do you think the livestream footage is?’ Yeah I'm sure they are trying to subpoena that. As they should. If they can get their hands on that footage, it will basically exonerate Chud.

@AmiriKing Even without the footage, people who watched the stream could end up testifying as witnesses. They'd have a better insight into the details of the conversation than any bystander. Just gotta be brave and willing to go on record as someone who watches chimpout content.

I've received a lot of vitriol regarding my post about @ChudTheBuilder, so I would like to clarify a few things:
1. I am 100% correct on every single point.
2. Dozens of people have commented saying that Chud walks up to random people and antagonizes them for no reason. Every time I ask for even one video of him antagonizing people who are not already misbehaving in public, these commenters disappear.
3. Dozens more are whining about the fact that he doesn't just turn his head and walk away. This seems to be their answer to everything, because they are cowards.
4. Many more continue accidentally proving our point. "Go around using the N-word and you are going to get murdered". Yeah. That's the point. We are being forced to live with violent an unstable people. There is no name you can call me that will make me murder you.
5. "Your boy is going to jail". Meh, I doubt that. He was hit first, and had reasonable grounds to believe that he was in serious danger due to the violent history of the man who attacked him. This is the same man who was charged with domestic assault and attempting to burn down an apartment building when he was mad at his wife. Seems like this will be a pretty simple case of "Stand Your Ground" in TN, as these two elements would seemingly meet the burden to justify the shooting.
6. That post really brought out the degenerates. Pray that God would save them, or spare us of their presence.
