@nayapaypk @NayapayOfficial Blocking a card permanently due to a single failed international transaction is unreasonable. Customers deserve review, not automatic penalties. Please resolve this case.

@nayapaypk My card was permanently blocked after ONE failed Shopify payment. No fraud. No dispute. No chargeback. Now being forced to pay PKR 600 for a new card. Is this fair customer policy? Please review.

@sadapaypk Hello @sadapaypk My account review is complete and my balance is visible, but my virtual card is still blocked. All previous failed transactions were unintentional. Kindly unblock my existing card so I can complete my pending Shopify payment. Thank you.
