@ssj2abid It's all about the forward looking statement, I believe DOJ dropping the charges against J. Powell and expectation of Warsh approval to lead the Feds will help $open so much.

I'm not expecting much for Q1, just margins on new homes to show up at 5-7%
They still have old inventory they are offloading,
So Q2 onwards should be very good with Q4 being the most insane because Kaz is guiding for net income positive which means they make money which means institutions will buy on hoards.
Price will re-rate extremely when that happens and we get the carvana type ramp up to high double digits.
Good times coming, but must be patient :) and the team must execute on every level.

Did you mean Q1 call on May 7th? I am expecting higher full year 2026 guidance, and $open jumping higher after hours.

$sndk at $1,002 is way overvalued and will evenutally come down. Rather than shorting the stock, we sell out of the money calls. NFA

@nejatian How can $OPEN convert the home purchase from a one time event into a recurring revenue stream? Service revenue from partnerships in home security, maintenance, air & heating, landscaping, etc. A DIYers discount club with Lowe’s or Home Depot. Is this an idea on your radar?

@AmazonHelp on April 10 I ordered a 6 pcs round jars, on April 13 I recevied the items in the picture, which was picked up by $amzn same day. Return still not processed while @AmazonCustomer told me over the phone "money will refunded to my credit card with 5-8 days".

I had a horrible issue with Amazon, I asked for help from @AmazonHelp and contacted your team. She told me the issue was resolved and I will receive the refund in 5-8 days. $amzn still showing "return is not processed".
