Fact Check: NO, $mstr Strategy Is Not Being Delisted From the Nasdaq 100 or Blocked From S&P 500 Eligibility A viral post is claiming that MicroStrategy (“Strategy”) is being removed from the Nasdaq-100 and MSCI USA indexes. Here’s the truth: ⸻ 1. MSCI ≠ Nasdaq 100 ≠ S&P 500 These are three completely separate index systems with zero overlap in eligibility rules. • MSCI USA A global benchmarking index. Removing a company from MSCI has no effect on an exchange listing or on S&P/Nasdaq eligibility. • Nasdaq 100 MicroStrategy is still included and is not being delisted. Nasdaq-100 inclusion depends on market cap and liquidity — not MSCI indexes. • S&P 500 Eligibility requires: •Positive GAAP earnings (TTM) •Adequate liquidity •U.S. domicile •Market cap above the threshold •Public float MSCI membership is not an S&P 500 requirement. ⸻ 2. Will this hurt S&P 500 chances? Absolutely not. The S&P 500 committee does not use MSCI indexes in any part of its methodology. ⸻ 3. How much MSCI-linked capital is in MSTR? Relatively little. Based on index fund holdings: Estimated MSCI-linked ownership: ~$150M – $350M in total. The facts are clear. @saylor and @Strategy will continue it’s march towards 1M+ BTC and nothing can stop this. Bitcoin will continue its march towards $1M+ and nothing can stop this. @Strategy WILL have a Trillion dollar balance sheet of Bitcoin by 2035 st the latest- and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. If a troll or engagement farmer on social media says otherwise they have simply not done the math or their hw. Even the AI is Bullish on MSTr giving it greater than 85% chance of reaching 1m BTC by 2035, and giving Bitcoin greater than 85% odds of touching $1m a coin by 2035.

6 months ago, Raoul Pal said we are in an elongated business/debt cycle and that bitcoin would climb higher and then we would see a -35% drawdown and “everyone will be sure that it is over… and it won’t be over.” You need to watch this again.
