This attack is illegal under U.S. law and under international law. The Constitution says Congress declares war, not the president. He needed consent from Congress. This is also a violation of the UN Charter, as Iran did not attack the United States.

This is the most preposterously partisan gerrymander imaginable: 10 D / 1 R, ie 91% of Virginians would have D reps!
For background, Virginia had a GOP governor until last month, Trump got 46% in 2024, and current delegation is 6 D / 5 R (45% of Virginians have an R rep now).

Multiple agents held him down. They pinned his arms.
One of them took, his gun from its holster and walked away. They then shot him multiple times while he was face down, with his arms pinned. Then a pause while some walk away. Then they shot him again to make sure he was dead.

Both of his arms were on the ground in front of him. The agents could see both of his hands, and he never went for a weapon, even while they were kicking his ass. The administration is lying to you. They want you to believe them over your eyes.

@libsoftiktok For those interested in facts: what actually happened is ICE broke into a home, handcuffed an elderly U.S. citizen with no record, put a gun to his family’s head, dragged him half-naked into the cold — then released him after realizing they fucked up. ICE is out of control.
