@niemerg @maxrobot5 We did sqOSMO sqTIA etc on @osmosis concentrated liquidity. Users found the mechanic hard to grok and without deep liquidity pricing was inaccurate, leading to unpredictable returns. IMHO the protocol needs external products like futures / options to keep the price accurate

Tonight, we reached an agreement with the Department of War to deploy our models in their classified network. In all of our interactions, the DoW displayed a deep respect for safety and a desire to partner to achieve the best possible outcome. AI safety and wide distribution of benefits are the core of our mission. Two of our most important safety principles are prohibitions on domestic mass surveillance and human responsibility for the use of force, including for autonomous weapon systems. The DoW agrees with these principles, reflects them in law and policy, and we put them into our agreement. We also will build technical safeguards to ensure our models behave as they should, which the DoW also wanted. We will deploy FDEs to help with our models and to ensure their safety, we will deploy on cloud networks only. We are asking the DoW to offer these same terms to all AI companies, which in our opinion we think everyone should be willing to accept. We have expressed our strong desire to see things de-escalate away from legal and governmental actions and towards reasonable agreements. We remain committed to serve all of humanity as best we can. The world is a complicated, messy, and sometimes dangerous place.

SAAS is dead. It’s over. I just vibecoded my own Google Drive and shared files with everyone. It’s just exposing ftp access to my hard drive over the network, it doesn’t even need an expensive S3 storage. That’s a revolution

DevOps interview scenario: You run kubectl apply -f deployment.yaml. Walk me through exactly what happens inside the cluster.

You will not believe how many Devops engineers still don’t know how to use GIT properly. There is a whole lot more than - git checkout -b feature - git add . - git commit - m - git push origin feature Where the real magic happens.

You need to deploy a Python script that runs once a day at 3 AM, processes a 500MB file from S3, and runs for about 15 minutes. Option 1: AWS Lambda (with container image support due to size/time limits). Option 2: AWS Fargate task triggered by EventBridge. Lambda seems simpler, but the 15-minute timeout is cutting it close if the file size grows. Which compute engine do you choose for long-term reliability and why?

Your Docker image is 1.5GB. Dockerfile: FROM ubuntu:20.04 RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y python3 python3-pip build-essential COPY requirements.txt . RUN pip install -r requirements.txt COPY . . CMD ["python3", "app.py"] How do you reduce this image size to under 200MB without breaking the app?

@MikeR_AM $usdn is backed by t bills via m^0 right? so I guess @noble_xyz increase or decrease the supply of $USDN based on market conditions. but afaiks you can't redeem $USD to a bank account, so then you gotta swap through pools to whatever $USD representation you want to hold

Can $USDN even be redeemed? Kind of looks like people are trading a $1 $USDC for a token that may or not be worth $1 or more depending on how the UI feels? High APRs may be luring you in a bit too much at this point unless I'm missing something?

@0xSpaydh I was in a startup that built a product on FoundationDB that was then acquired and taken closed source by Apple. So painful. Hard in new ecosystems in that you need to make some bets, but not be exposed.

The worst mistake you can make as a founder is betting your project's future on another startup. Hard lesson to follow in an industry made of startups.
