ICYMI Fort Wayne, Indiana
A road rage encounter turned violent when 19-year-old Alex Mozee stepped out of his car, smashed Jason Henkle’s driver-side window, and punched him in the head.
Feeling threatened, Henkle drew his handgun and fired several shots. He hit Mozee in the arm, but one round also struck an innocent bystander who was driving past in the left lane.
Henkle was originally charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, while Mozee faced a misdemeanor battery charge.
Allen Superior Court has now dropped all charges against Henkle, citing Indiana’s Stand Your Ground law.

@SuperSportTV Why not make these clips available. Why force people to use the vpn that everyone has and watches it anyway. Idiotic policy.

@DavidDPaxton @SaintsRugby KP’s 100s were welcome but the team still would’ve been better off without him.

I just watched Holloway/Oliveira BMF fight. Honestly, one of the worst fights I’ve ever watched. I ended up fast forwarding through round 1-4. I don’t want to watch cuddling. Who would’ve thought you would be fast forwarding through a BMF match? Refs need to stand them up if there is no progress in the grappling. Complete yawn fest. Fours @ufc stand for Ultimate Fighting and Cuddling? Sort it out @danawhite

@EddieHearn @rockyaliboxing Make sure though you refer to it as Rugby Union and Rugby League. You have a massive reach and it’s important fans know there are two codes. Some obvious similarities but differences to in terms of rules, origins, number of players, skills.

THE ONE!☝️Welcome to the Team 21 year old England and Lions talent Henry Pollock - I watched this young man and thought SUPERSTAR! Then I met him, understood the passion, vision and desire and had to be a part of this journey. Sometimes someone special comes along that has all the ingredients to change the sport. Rugby here we come 🏉 🚀

@The_Forty_Four Get him to play rugby. That attitude will get sorted pretty quickly.

@KemiBadenoch I want to start a new drinking game. The next PMQs, every time @Keir_Starmer says the words “last government”, you have to have a drink. Do you think you could last a whole #PMQs?

@QuadeCooper Go play sevens. There’s nothing wrong with rugby except for inconsistency in the referees. This is the major stumbling block and frustration with spectators/fans.

I’ve been watching a lot of Rugby lately, and it got me thinking about how we could speed the game up and open it up a bit more.
One idea I had, hear me out. To encourage more offloads and reduce the number of rucks, what if when a team knocks the ball on, they’re not allowed to touch it next which currently results in a scrum. If they do, it’s a long arm penalty.
That gives the opposition guaranteed first rights to the ball. They can pick it up and play immediately with a backward pass, or if they want to slow it down, it could work similar to an AFL mark and you have 10 seconds to resume play or it’s a turn over again. If you step off the mark, you’re live and can be tackled.
The goal is simple, reward teams that want to play fast, create more chaos, and reduce stoppages?
Questions - would this ruin our beautiful game and allow less skilled players to play (which is what most people want inclusivity)
Would it make it slower? Faster?
There’s nothing wrong with our game?
