@LNER stuck on a train outside Darlington.. left York at 17.24. Now 20.21. Why are there no provisions food wise. The train is crammed as another train joined. But there is no food. I'm I'm first class too.

@LNER The fact the train is overcrowded because of a signal fault isn't our fault on board. 3 hours 15 mins to get from York to Darlington. Although we have now had crisps. But it's not great.

@OVOHydro 2 x 10 mins trying to get through on accessible booking line to book tickets. Why wait 10 mins to say no one available and then hang up. You are supposed to be a champion of disability accessibility. #disability

@OVOHydro closing disabled booking lines at 2pm and saying you can book online is nonsense. I have 02 priority. I click on the disabled tickets and nothing comes up at all. No options for seats.
