@chris_runeckles @MissTBegum @PepsMccrea Bit slow seeing this blog Chris. It's a great example of implementation as a process of ongoing learning and improvement. In fact, I found myself playing 'good implementation bingo' reading it! I'd be keen to capture it as a case study.

Reposting this blog again as it's great! I had an operation recently and kept seeing examples of systems and structures that had been created to 'unite' people - checklists, reminders, summaries of core components etc. You need to actively operationalise the right interactions.

@shaun_allison @chris_runeckles @SBTAteach Once they have sunk in you'll start seeing implementation gaps relating to engaging, uniting and reflecting everywhere (not just work!). The challenge will be getting people to recognise that - they are uncommon common sense
