Hey @urbancompany_UC since you guys have a tie up with IKEA, have booked a technician to fix my new bed. However, he’s demanding 500 bucks extra once he saw which bed it is - stating that hydraulic fabric isn’t mentioned on the app. I mean, how is this fair?

Hi @emirates @EmiratesSupport my husband and I are trying so hard to get a refund on a flight Delhi-Dubai that I had to cancel because of a medical complication. I’ve submitted all the relevant reports and a doc certificate, but your team says you don’t care. How terrible?

My parents stayed at the Treebo Grace in Puducherry on Friday night (9th August). Due to the heavy rains overnight the basement car park started water logging. There was no intimation from the hotel staff at all throughout the night.
