@shaune_za Hi Shaun, the outage is due to a substation fault in your area. The department is aware of the issue and is attending to it. Unfortunately we cannot provide a time estimate for the power to come back on, but should you wish to follow up you can call 0860 103 089.

@HostConnection If you don’t believe me, check your records and you tell me when the domain went down. Why is it you only bother to reply to customers when they call you out on a public platform ? No telephone number to call. And email requests go unanswered for days. Not good enough.
