But when Katie died, the outrage, moral urgency, and public compassion from Illinois leaders suddenly became very quiet. @GovPritzker, could you at least say Katie’s name once? Your policies helped create the conditions that put her in the grave, where she now cannot speak for herself. It's staggering that you can't seem to find even a fraction of the public humanity for Katie that you so freely show in tragedies that are politically useful to you?
