Ok @SouthwestAir, I give up. Crying “uncle”, here. 8 flights in a row where I cannot do any work using your WiFi service, at least when it’s now down completely. Was not like this before all the changes. Please tell us it’s true ur making some upcoming changes? Starlink?

Man @SouthwestAir should have just stuck to what they did best. New procedures are an absolute joke. Boarding process is terrible, bin space is being taken up from people in the back so they don't have to carry their luggage all the way to the front. Just a nightmare

@SouthwestAir I’m begging you to let @JimmysSeafood start handling all these complaints posted about the new processes. They have stock response that really gets to the point and could really cut down on the whining online.

@shawn_hubbard @SouthwestAir I see these post but I have been on 15 flights since the change and movement has been allowed after take off as long as it’s not to a higher fare seat.

Do better @SouthwestAir. NINETY open seats on my 5 hour flight, and I was not allowed to move two rows ahead so an elderly couple I was seated next to in my row could have more room. We were one of the only full rows on the entire plane. Your new policies stink.

@stillastar @SouthwestAir ahhh, I have 6-7 under my belt and absolutely love it. The stock is up 60% over last 12 months. Its not going back, thank god.

My 5th @SouthwestAir flight since this mess of new seating plan — good lord have they crushed the spirit and ease of this airline or what. Please god, someone, UNO reverse this. Soon.

@ClayTravis @SouthwestAir @TomiLahren Fly southwest 1-2 times a week and have flown 4 full flights since the change. All have been perfectly fine. They stopped people from pilling bags in front. Seems most complaints are from people that took advantage of old system or had specific travel habits that worked in old.

What’s you guys opinion of the new @SouthwestAir seating policy? I see @TomiLahren teeing off on it. So far the biggest issue I’ve seen is it feels like boarding takes much longer. When people didn’t have assigned seats it felt like there was more urgency. You guys?

@jaybsauceda Borded my 4th flight in two weeks today. Full again with 0 problems. A-list preferred with companion pass and hope all these people randomly complaining about how they previously gamed the system doesn’t force any change to assigned seating. It is fantastic.

Boarded a flight today. A family unaware of the change got randomly assigned seats with kids separated from parents. Flight attendant said “you got what you paid for” Delayed boarding and passengers stepped in to sort it out. Uno Reverse Card this policy y’all

@jasonandgreg @SouthwestAir If you are A-List preferred you don’t pay extra for the premium seating.

We’ve been @SouthwestAir customers for 15 years. Cardholders. A List Preferred. This new Southwest is hugely disappointing. The new boarding is utter chaos. Paying for extra leg room and being on planes with no extra legroom. Employees aren’t friendly. Awful.

Canceled my @SouthwestAir flight tomorrow due to the terrible experiences of other A-List Preferred members and the ChatGPT responses to their concerns. I've likely taken my last flight with them until they rediscover customer service.

I’m going to give the new @SouthwestAir boarding procedure a 7/10 so far. Still need to see it a bit more on if I love or hate it. But so far not bad.

#Jacksonville to #BWI @SouthwestAir February shouldn’t be almost $300 one way. That’s absurd! Going for a medical appointment. We usually drive, but this is insane - and it shouldn’t take six hours to get the best fare. It’s less than a two hour direct flight. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Ugh.

@MintMallowAMV @SouthwestAir Genuine question why does anyone like open seating? I fly SWA 75ish times a year and have been counting the days down till I finally will have a seat I like and don’t have to worry about the 30 pre boards taking the first 7 rows
