Missed my target by just 11.13 miles, achieved the highest monthly mileage (70 mi) and the longest run (7 mi) since 2018. This whole adventure increased my trust in optimistic goals. Here is hoping for a great 2023! Happy New Year, y’all!

Thanks to @TempoLog app I can see that my best running shape (so far) was back in 2017. My volumes dropped since moving to Texas in January 2019, and have been slowly growing in 2020 and 2021. To continue this trend I need to run 130 miles before Dec 31, which seems doable.

@elonmusk If you select the "latest tweets" option, the algorithm still inserts whatever "recommendations" or "it might be interesting for you" it wants between tweets :(

Very important to fix your Twitter feed: 1. Tap home button. 2. Tap stars on upper right of screen. 3. Select “Latest tweets”. You are being manipulated by the algorithm in ways you don’t realize. Easy to switch back & forth to see the difference.
