@trentbartonland The buses are also overcrowded and for some reason at the busiest times of the day you seem to run smaller buses!!

@trentbartonland Considering how awful the service has been in recent months, this is a joke!! The buses are constantly late and that’s even if they turn up at all!! I use the app, I follow you on twitter and Facebook and the updates are terrible!

@VeryHelpers wishing to make a complaint about unauthorised/fraudulent use of my account. I’ve made several phone calls and got absolutely nowhere, the phone operators were useless!!
