@bandq_help I have no been sent many emails saying we will get a call back , no call has been received. I rang again today promising I will get a call within 24hrs and have my soil delivered . My plants the soil was for have now died and I need to buy more .

@bandq_help I ordered 4 50l bags of soil 4 20l bags were delivered , I have tried calling emailing and online chat , 1 bag got replaced and nothing since , someone isn't reading properly , I have plants that have died as its been 3 weeks since they were supposed to be delivered!!!
