A man has been arrested over the discovery of a huge pile of rubbish dumped in a field. The Environment Agency (EA) said a 39-year-old man from the Guildford had been held in connection with the pile of waste in a field near Kidlington, Oxfordshire. The EA previously declared a critical incident over the fly-tip. The agency has said it is conducting a major investigation and coordinating with Oxfordshire County Council, Thames Valley Police, and National Highways.
