Expedia.co.uk hotels.co.uk my daughter been charged by a non existent hotel on your website, the merchants hotel Manchester took her money illegally months b4 she was due to travel and closed down, also taking dozens of other kids money

Caught by same scam, same issues with refusal to refund or take responsibility, same Merchants Hotel Manchester. Will be calling police in the morning. Will never be using @hotelsdotcomuk again.

The customer service at @hotelsdotcomuk has been absolutely abysmal. This has been an ongoing problem, and they won't budge in trying to help me/get senior staff to contact me. They're happy facilitating scammers on their accommodation list and to pass them your financial data.

For the love of god, do not use @hotelsdotcomuk for any bookings.
I booked for a hotel in November, to be paid on the day at the hotel in Manchester. They keep taking money out of my account (I'm going to have to change my bank details, obvs)
