@Amtrak I’m in train 20 to NYC from DC. Our train was delayed for about 2hrs due to signal issues. We are now on the move and the bathrooms are locked and the cafeteria has been closed. Can’t locate any of the agents onboard to assist. Better service & communication are needed.

@sherese_jackson Thank you for your response, Sherese. We see B61 buses running to Park Slope have been running on schedule, with the last buses having departed at 4:12 PM, 4:21 PM, and 4:30 PM. Have you since been able to board? ^MM

@MTA I, along with other customers, waited about 30 min for a 61 bus to Park Slope from Ikea. This shouldn’t be. Do better or ridership will continue to suffer.

@bobhardt @patkiernan I wished you had explained what discovery is and how important it is to a case instead of just perpetuating this crazy notion that it ties the hands of prosecutors. Defendants should know as soon as possible what evidence there is against them.

Efficiency & transparency are crucial to these cases. People shouldn’t be languishing in jail if they don’t need to be.
