@My_Metro Money in the app is ringfenced for journeys travelled and shows intention to pay. It is not the users fault there is no mechanism to use it. Discretion should be given here. My point again, people don't have money to pay twice.

@shieldy81 This will mean that you are travelling without paying for your journey. Which may result in a fine. Paying for a ticket ensures that you have a valid ticket to travel. ^KPH

@My_Metro if there is a known issue with Pop app in Google wallet at Tynemouth station why not let passengers travel and show their balance in the app rather than make them buy ticket. Our money is trapped in the app. We may not have funds for extra ticket this time of year

@debbieriby @ProfVicSimms @NuffieldFound Due to start analysing our quant and qual data collected from secondary school pupils affected by school absenteeism. Those we spoke to have quite a bit to say. As did they parent / carers and educational staff!

@ProfVicSimms @NuffieldFound It was an interesting afternoon - real lack of lived experience of pupils though that was noted in questions and panel discussion.

A really fascinating afternoon @NuffieldFound on absenteeism, learning loss & COVID. Striking the lack of #NI data, but not surprising given our lack of joint up thinking on data collection in our #education sector. (1/2)
