@shikhar_sachdev @caitharr Glad I'm not the only one underwhelmed with Workday's product. "Applying to work at a company that used Workday, for instance, took 128% longer than avg for similarly sized companies in the same industry." Biggest gripe is options for schools attended differs company to company.

compilation of weird/interesting things I noticed whilst timing 250 job applications:

@pafournier @mmalizia1701 Majority of the time I didn't actually click the "apply" button - I just stopped my stopwatch and recorded the time it took me to go from start to finish. I'm ironically not looking for a job right now. I clicked the apply button maybe like 20/25% and had 3-4 interviews so far.
