@delta u hastily made me check- in my bag on the flight, which was intended to be a carry-on due to no more overhead space, lost my bag, didn't seem to care. It had my work laptop + valuables. I am deeply saddened by this experience. #nonstopflight #deltasucks #pleasehelp
