@Shipt why are people allowed to fraudulently rate shoppers 2 stars and not required to state the reason why? Especially when all orders were accurate and on time. Y’all allow customers to take it out on shoppers when something is out of stock which is beyond our control.

Hey @Shipt I would like to have words about my most recent delivery. They left everything at the back door which does not have a way of being propped open or unlocked. I had to have my cancer recovering roommate bring in the groceries because of my injured back and leg.

@Shipt the app is not letting me sign in and my password is correct. It’s something wrong with the app on iOS. I tried on multiple web browsers and I was only able to get in one time, but it would never work on the app.

It really annoys me when @Shipt and @Target play with my order. I order at 7:00 pm and picked for my order to be delivered between the hours of 9 and 10 and I get a text at 9:15 it’s going to be delivered tomorrow at 9:00 and there were things in the order that Dreux needed 😒

@Target @shipt Im 6 blocks into the queens/nassau county border in NY where a target is 1 mile away. And same day delivery is not available. And picks a target thats over 3 miles away because im not in same city? How does this make any sense. The last year it was never an issue.
